An extremely hot 100º day greeted a near capacity crowd for this year’s event. Cattle were presented by breeders from California and Arizona. Top quality individuals saw good participation. Cattle sold to 40 buyers from five states with Foard Ranch, Oakdale, CA claiming the volume buyers honors. The semen topped at $325 per unit on two units of DCC New Look 101. Kris Gudel, Cargil Nutrition and Logan Ipsen, American Angus Association gave presentations prior to the sale. Without question, an event that is unfolding to be one of the premier marketing showcases in the West. A job well done by all.
